About Daniel Fuld

My name is Daniel Fuld and I am the epitome of cultural diversity and entrepreneurial prowess. Born in Taipei, Taiwan, I grew up in a household brimming with cultural abundance. With my German Jewish and Chinese heritage, I am privileged to be bilingual in both Mandarin Chinese and English.

At the age of nine, I migrated to Southern California, specifically Walnut, and instantly fell in love with the vibrant community. I excelled academically and graduated with high honors from Walnut High School in 2001. Pursuing my passion for understanding human behavior and the power of language, I obtained a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Sociology from the University of California, San Diego.

My entrepreneurial spirit ignited at the young age of twenty-five when I founded my first insurance and financial services firm. Within an astonishing seven months, I achieved unparalleled success, earning every accolade in the industry, including the prestigious MDRT - Million Dollar Round Table status for six consecutive years. While holding seven licenses, I discovered my deep fascination with the real estate sector and decided to reenter the field after a hiatus of 14+ years.

Presently, I am a key partner in eXp North Star organization and the About You Team, a thriving real estate enterprise that houses over 300 professionals. In the past 10 years, my team has successfully facilitated countless real estate transactions, ranging from residential to commercial sales. Notably, we brokered the largest commercial transaction for 2022 in California, valued at over $400 million.

As of late, I have found inspiration in coaching and mentoring real estate professionals, helping them scale their businesses to new heights. Recognizing the importance of continuous personal growth, I completed both Coaching Skills Camp and Advanced Coaching Skills Camp to refine my expertise and leadership abilities.

Beyond my professional accomplishments, I cherish my roles as a wealth determiner, husband, father, and servant leader. I embrace the six disciplines of quantum leap – Self, Spiritual, Physical, Time, Money, and Growth – which guide my daily life.
